hi!
I filmed the x-mas at home with a digital camera and have comprimised and converted the film clip to the .wmv movie type, using microshit's latets codec 9.
but when i vant to play it over relax nothing happens..it just blink's black 1/2 secound and returns to the xbmp screen. using 2.2 from complex. Evry thing else seems to work so why not .wmv??? in the nfo file released with the 2.2 it says "windows DLL support for WMV7,8,9" so what tha heck is going on??? enny 1 have some tips or solutions for me?

I dont know much about wmv.
What format was the file in before the encoding
and what methods did you use to encode the wmv?

I prefer to use divx (mpeg4 avi and mp3 audio)
Gordians Knot can cut near dvd quality avi's.

If someone cannot get you a fix for your problem
you could try encoding the movie into a different format.
