ok, this xbox is for sale, it has the big X window and blue leds to light it up, also has a hdd window, the hdd works fine, the hdd is a noraml 8gb, no modchip. $250 shipped, its the whole xbox, 1.0.
How hard was it to do the HDD window, and how did you do it?
it was a pain in the ass, i had to heat up the plastic and form it, never gunna do it again.

i dont need another cam, this one is fine, good enough for me, and i just dont have the settings right, otherwise it takes pertty good pic, its a 2.5 megapixel cam.

A lil off topic but why did you heat and mold the plastic instead of just cutting with a dremmel and using files to finish it??

, i prefer bass the HDD window has me perplexed. did you get any problems with it? HDs are extremely sensitive and any risk of getting a grain of dust in there is enough for me to back off of doing a mod like that. did you do it in a dust-free environment? anyway, still looks damn sweet. i might try it out with my old 10GB drive
any small hdds are easy to do because the platter on the top isnt used, i just used my bathroom,
