hey i dont care if all my HD is erased... i just need my orignal HD unlocked. I dont have the original eeprom, its backed up on the HD, my only other idea is to hotswap it into my friends xbox... would that work ive done it before but when i still had valid eeprom.

Only if you originally locked it using Config Magic. Then you can unlock it with the password TEAMASSEMBLY, and some computer tools (check tutorials). If you locked it using evox or anything else... congratulations with your paperweight.
