i have a xbox v1.0 with xecuter2lite chip and a 40gb hdd (ata100cable), the video scenes in games are not playing correctly, it's like watching divx on a too slow computer.. the divX movies on the xbox runs smoothly tough..

The mod chip is not what is causing your movies to be broken up.

interface is not ata 33,
aa 100-133 cables make a difference.
Read xbohacker.net they had an article showing the performance increase
