I just finished modding my 616T, and when I set up the xbox and press the eject button, the eject light flashes on and off, and the tray doesnt open, then it says I need to take fix my xbox in 6 differant languages... any ideas on what I couldve done wrong?

how is the drive getting power?

a power splitter

it could probably 1 of 3 things:

1. try soldering your drive to were you use the yellow dvd power cable.. www.hardmods.net

2. check your eject wire on the PCB board, it may not be soldered on correctly.

3. also check your Tray In/Tray Out wires. they could be touching or not soldered correctly or you have them wired the wrong way.. Tray In should be soldered to the Tray Out wire from your yellow power cable and the Tray out should be soldered to the Tray In on your yellow power cable.. but that's all in the tut below and may be a little easier to understand.
