Hey There, I have a 2002 Xbox. It will power up and I can hear the DVD drive and HD spin up. When I press the "Open" button nothing happens. I can manually open the DVD drive and it will close automatically. I opened it up to see if anything was loose. Everything was in it's place. Anyone care to take a stab at the problem? My 11 year old son would be extremely grateful as would I.
