I recently got my xbox moded but I didnt think about all my saved games and profiles saved on my original hard drive what would be the best way of going about getting it back. Could I hook it up to my computer and use it as a slave drive then either FTP or burn them to disc.

Hook the old hd to your xbox and ftp it to your comp, then put the new hd back in the xbox, and ftp the files back.

Does it matter that I don't have any programs or anything on it? How do I go about doing it? Just use a cross over cable and a FTP prograM???

if u have a xenium connect the new hdd where the dvd drive is using a ide powersplitter and use the OS to transfer the stuff over.

I now have a Xecuter 2.3 lite chip, and a 160 gig hard drive. Can I still disconnect the dvd rom drive and try it that way
