When downloading from my xbox to my PC I usually get 5-10mbps but when uploading to my box i only get a maximum of 192kbps. Is there a setting I have missed? I have smart ftp and all the speeds set to maximum?

u shud be able to get faster uploads than that!!!
I hate to say this but search the forums - not so long ago I saw a similar post and there were enuff replies with personal configs covering most of the ftp software and how to improve speeds

I found that zonealarm firewall slowed down my up speed, so if you are running a firewall try turning it off.

argyle, I had the *SAME* exact problem w/ smartftp. EXACTLY 192KB/s. I started using flashfxp, and immediantly went to 450-500KB/s to the F drive and OVER 3000K to the E drive! Good luck!
