I recently installed an excuiter chip into my xbox, Everything was installed correctly but when I tried to flash the chip i guess it didn't work. When I turn on the xbox now it just stays at the "Xbox Screen" and the leds flashes red and green. But when I turn it on by hitting the eject button a screen comes up and says "ERROR 13 unable to launch dashboard". What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

this is what the tutorial says

13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.
