Could someone tell me the size of an average game, also what size are some of the larger ones? I'm close to getting my xbox modded and am thinking about buying some dvds from the futureshop tomorrow, 50 for $25.

Games tend to range from 2-4GB I seen them as small as 300MB and as big as 6GB.

dpending on your drive also... if you have a thomson, it will be picky as hell, and you should get ritek g04's for the same price as you stated.

best to go with dvd-r as far as best compatability.

I have a 250GB drive with 82 Xbox games, a dozen or so apps, 3 emulators and few dozen roms. I have a little less than 70GB free. I think when I calculated it before the games averaged 2.5GB each with some less than 1GB and others over 6GB.

what games are over 4.7gb then? and is it possible to make them into 2discs to play?
