Im trying to video stream to 2 xbox's at a time....

I've tried VideoLAN but i get an error msg somethin about shoutcast.
It still works however there is no audio...
I tried to use it again the same way to show friends and this time didnt work at all...

What wrong and how to fix?
Is there another video stream prog that will work?
and how?
