Just wondering if someone could let me know exactly what extra file are required to run this program. I assume it needs the XDK (and maybe other files as well), but I'm just not sure. Could someone point me in the right direction and let me know where I would find these (I'm just wondering if they're all available on xbins - and if so, what the heck are they called). Here's a snippet from the readme. Thanks!

For obvious legal reasons, this package does not contain:
- RC4 keys
- eeprom keys
- debug bios
- files from the XDK

I have absolutely no idea where you would find any of these things, but should YOU happen to know where to get them you would probably want to put:

1.The RC4 keys and eeprom keys in:
xbox\conexant\apps\pbl-debug\boot.cfg
xbox\focus\apps\pbl-debug\boot.cfg

2.The Gueux 1.4 Boot From Media Bios in (for Focus Video support)
xbox\focus\apps\pbl-debug\xboxrom.bin

3.Complex or TATX Bios in (for Conexant Video support)
xbox\conexant\apps\pbl-debug\xboxrom.bin

4.The xbdm.dll from the Debug dashboard in
xbox\focus\xbdm.dll
xbox\conexant\xbdm.dll

5.The following files files from the XDK in 'pc/bin':

xbreboot.exe
MSPdb60.Dll
mspdb70.dll
MSPdb71.Dll
msvcr70.dll
