My mates xbox has been up graded to 5960 but we want to put UDE1 on it, so can we copy my dash over to his Xbox via my pc?

if so what do we need to copy from my xbox?

You don't need to ... if the kernel's suitable for UDE1 then it will work with 5960 eh.

his Kernal is 4817 its a UK PAL xbox.

So can I just install UDE1 from the itools installer?

some dashs cannot be downgraded to 4920..
depends on kernel.
