anyone can tell me why doseant work the UDE / UDE2 with PAL box with Kernel higher then 55xx ?

it does, but you must change your region.
as far as specific reasons, I'm not sure.

ude2 exploits a bug in the ntsc version of "update.xbe" from nfl fever live download content.
the pal version of update.xbe may be different and would have to be looked at in order to determine if it could be exploited in a similar way
thats the way i understand it, but if i'm wrong, please somone correct me

the pal nfl fever 2003 update.xbe is looked at and not found exploitable. We are still in need of a PAL xbe that is exploitable. So therefore keep running the
xbox hddscan in order to find one. Especially early xbox live users are needed.
