Ive been looking at this website for many months and now on the frontpage I see an add promoting propoganda. WTF is going on. I come here to get new info on pimpin' out my box and i don't want to see that Sh!t. my bad if it has been regular, but I for one don't want to see those adds here, I don't mind reading it in a forum to get the link but not as banner ad's.

Its funny that you are complaining about the ads on this site, when the ads are what makes this site possible.

As stated above, might be a good idea to actually link/descripe the ad you talk about.
And maybe a run with Ad-Ware is in order too....

I haven't seen any political ads that I can recall. However, if that's what it takes to keep the site running then so be it. The great thing about banner ads is that you don't ACTUALLY have to click on them. Shhhh. It's a secret.

Some of the adspaces are managed by 3rd party companies (that resell lots of ads packages to many big sites).
I found the ad you probably saw (some anti-bush ad) and asked the ad agency to remove it from rotation.
I do not want political ads of any kind on xbox-scene. Thanks for mentioning it (as ad is targeted to US viewers I didn't see it).

For future reference.. and to aid us in removing ads not within the approved areas for XS.. please include as much info about the ad as possible, including the links etc. This will aid us in quickly moving to alert the 4rd party ads resellers.
