My old moded Xbox was giving an error 6 when booting up. So I purchased a new xbox and eventually wanted my mod one back so I preformed this fix.

I got my old mod xbox to boot up without error now, but the old HD has an old version of Evox that doesn't appear to do anything, cant flash, cant run game from DVD or HD. Cant upgrade versions etc.
The system also won't boot a game commercial or backup from DVD at all. Any idea what I could do to fix this? Tried both DVD drives from both xboxes that work on the non-modded system fine.
I fixed the old drive by unlocking it with new xbox, but now the new non-modded system gives an error 13(dashboard) when booting up without a game.
It still boots up games just fine, when one is inserted but cant get into system. Gives an error 13 every time I try booting without a game in the system.
Any idea how to fix this as well?
