I just modded my first xbox and everything went good,but than I tryed to see if my xbox booted up with my xecuter 2 Lite modchip turned off, and it gave me an error 21. I have tried copying all of my friends C: drive files to my C: drive and it didnt fix my problem...so I think its not software. If it is hardware is it my solder job? If it isnt can I fix this.. Please help me out

is your hardrive locked or unlocked? (needs to be locked with modchip off)

I had this problem also.

You probaly tried to downgrade your msdash to 4920.
download slayers 2.5 get the update.xbe from it,

and all the msdash files.

put the msdash files in the right places

then put update.xbe wherever.

Then load a program like boxplorer and tell it to launch update.xbe.
It should downgrade the dash and should launch with mod off.
