Hi Guys
After removing a dead modchip, the xbox's eject light is just flashing red. no orange, no green. just a blinking red light, there is either no audio or video output. Does any one know what that means?

how do you know the modchip is dead?
Did you install the chip?
Was it working before?
Flashing red usualy indicates a bad eeprom. If it was working before, your modchip might of had an eeprom image embeded in it.
Try installing a modchip with a bios that has an eeprom for your version of motherboard & see what it does.
