it's possible to extract files from iso direct to xbox via ftp?
now i must to extract to pc-hdd and next to xbox.
it's very slow with 2-3gb iso files.

Look in the FAQs for the tutorial on mapping your xbox drives on your pc - your extract software should then be able to send them straight across.
