Angerwound

It is a very new version if I am correct, only on the new boxes.

No, EVERY current box on the market can be softmodded. i just modded a LIMITED CRYSTAL EDITION 1.6 PAL xbox with an MFG DATE of 2004-09-09 with UXE, no problems.. you can't get much newer than that.

I use metoo with the updated m8 bios, which works perfectly for all games on all boxes 1.0 to 1.6

If you read the Stickied UXE thread, you should be able to figure out how to do it.

If not, PM me with your ICQ or MSN and ill help you through it.

Thanx for the help guys. Now can anyone plz direct me to how I can soft mod my version of Xbox, because im new and all the easiest soft mods appear to need version 4920 dashboard. Do all alternate dashboards allow you to copy games to your hard drive? If not, which ones do?
Thnx again
jonathan2007
Just use Ltools it is available from the usual places. It will do everything for you. And no you do not need Dashboard 4920 that was only for certain older outdated exploits. There are newer and better exploits out now. smile.gif

Well thnx man. What exactly does Ltools do for me. Will it let me copy games to my hard drive?
