on the window for the phone conversation after that i get the msg that "its Kong Feirong and listening to the conversation is important" but as soon as he is finished saying that the limo pulls out and i dont know wtf happens, whether im seen or what but i get the message "omg fisher we are not gonna be able to talk our way out of this, this could mean war" and i dont know why what am i doing wrong?

THeres two times u need to use the laser mic..First is when Kong is in his room..Second is when he is in his limo. After that u need to go towards the fence (Past the patrol box, it's behind it), and climb outaa there to meet that chick.

thats exactly how it works. i was just in the same area until yesterday evening until I finaly found the path (climbing over the wall) on the other side of the park.

by the way crossing the park is easy. just folow the building passing its front door over to the other side.
