First off you need to open your xbox, get to the matrix, and put it into mode 4 *both switches down i believe* then you can flash it using evolution x
lammetje
yup, both switches OFF (mode 4) ftp your bios to the bios folder and flash your bios with in the evolution X setting menu.... worked ok for me..

wich size do you choose to ftp
256 or 1 M ?????????????

It needs to be a 256kb bios as the matrix only supports 256kb now but chameleon will change that soon! If you have a 1mb bios and not a 256kb there is way to change it to 256 kb go to the tutorial section and read the one about cutting it down very easy ive done it myself! biggrin.gif

Its called xbox tool but beware it is a dangerous program if you dont no what ur doing and you only modify already modified bioses!!!!!!!!

fancbox is great for this.you can remove the animation and display only the logo in red, blue or green but the xecuter2 will still be there

but one simple question.why does your xbox have to boot with modified colors and no ani?my box boots up one time a day and is on then.no need to reboot.so i don't see the point of doing this for a 5 sec screen
