I'm helping a friend who has a softmod'ed xbox. He needs a new eeprom which i have for him, but I'm not sure if a softmod'ed xbox can flash this new eeprom.
Do I have to have a physical modchip in the machine to flash this new eeprom for him? If not is there other tools I need besides configmagic to flash the new eeprom?
