I loaded DVD2xbox to it and when i went in it it only said i had 4955MB's ~ almost 5 gigs. I thought the xbox hdd had 8 or 10 gig hdd.
Im looking to see how much i can free up so i can save more games to it.

yupe. that's right. e is around 5gb. Also, you can squeeze an extra 2gb out in f if you have segate hd. search on how to format or install unleashx and use its format option. anyway, you can't get anymore out of e because a fresh e just have two directory for save games etc...

BACKUP YOUR EEPROM AND HDKEY.

plus doesnt x y and z have like 700MB each reserved for game cache?
