Hello.
A friend of mine wants to hook his Xbox and his computer to his Cable modem via a network hub (Gamester hub... they sell them at places like EB and Gamecrazy/Funcoland). But we are having a problem. We can only get one working at a time (either the x-box cant connect, or Windows reports that the computer has "limited access".) The line from the modem to the hub is a crossover cable, but the Gamester hub has a NORMAL/UPLINK switch for the main port... so I don't think that is the problem.
I do have SOME expirience in this stuff; but alas, this is something I havn't done before. I am certain that the solution is something VERY simple that I am just unaware of.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
