i just got my box modded and i want to FTP some software over to it.

im connecting to my box via a hub. but i cant seem to connect to it.
i have read the guide on connecting to the box using a hub by use of Wingate, but when i get to the part where i bind the IP address of the box, i cant seem to enter any IP address and there is none shown.

i beleive the hub is set-up correctly because i can play games online using XboxConnect.

any thoughts?

You need the EvolutionX dash loaded to FTP, either from disc or hard drive. Make sure you change the static ip setting to "YES" in the dashboard .ini file first before you burn it to disc.
Set your PC ip address to 1 number off from the Xbox (ex. Xbox ip 192.168.0.3 your PC should be 192.168.0.2) Set your PC default gateway to 255.255.255.0
If you've made any changes to your PC settings reboot your PC.
Power on the Xbox with the EvolutionX dash disc in the DVD drive and wait for it to load before you power on your PC. Leave the dashboard disc in the Xbox until after you connect from your PC.
Default username/password for the Xbox are xbox/xbox.
