ok, I've got a friends box I modded it with a X2.6 lite. I've flashed the bios with the M8 bios. I put in his old hard drive everything seems fine. So I pull the backup games off of there. I put in the new 250 gig drive it doesn't read it gives me an error 16 and evox won't run and it won't FTP via the disc (with all the right settings) I'm at my wits end. Just seeing if it was his box I put the HD in my box and vila every worked as it should be ( I have a 1.1 box) when I boot up evox on his box with the disc in it always says unlock error.

I'm begging PLEASE HELP ME!!

maybe the drive is locked in one of the xboxes,

unlock it, then it'll work

Error 16 means the clock is not set and the MSDash is missing/corrupt.

Put the old harddrive in, set the clock, then put the new drive in. You should then be able to boot off the disc.
