Ne chance some one could give some simple details on how to use XBMP as a dashboard?

I've read some previous post, but I just can't make sense of it all.

put it in the c drive and rename default.xbe to xboxdash.xbe. you should be able to figure it out from there. serach the forums if you need more help

So I rename XBMP default.xbe to xboxdash.xbe, so i guess i then rename the exsisting xboxdash.xbe to something else and link the config file to that.

But do i only put the XBMP default.xbe in the c drive or all the XBMP files, and do i keep a default.xbe in the XBMP folder?

I think thats a cool idea, but how do you then get to boxplorer and your games from the xbmp menu......

Simple just add a menu....

ive just set this up! but i change the Old link in XBMP link that wud take u 2 the Defualt Dashboard to take me to EvoX instead works very Well and looks nice

U know what this would be cool to use in like a car or somehting.. I have seen people who make computers and put lcds in their car just for the purpose of a media player.

The xbox is perfect for this esp if you set up the media player as the dashboard.
