you sign up, and then do 1 offer (most of which are free.. like the blockbuster and realarcade ones are good - but they are trials)

and then you have to refer 3 other people - and have them do offers as well.

they get the money to send you it by sponsors and the offers and such (affliates)..

it is real easy to get one if you know what you are doing

on tech tv they did a show on free ipods and found out it was legit and it actually works, so i guess if u want an xbox go for it

It's legit, but you have to get like 5 other people to sign up under you and complete the offers. That's why that guy is spamming, he wants people to sign up under his referral ID. (note the ref= at the end of the link)
