Ok I have been combing through every tutorial and FAQ I can find but I still can't figure out what to do. I just got my box in premodded.....Smart XX v2. Where do I do from here. I ave load a bios but it doesn't work. At least I can't seem to make it work. Someone please have some mercy and help me.

no, its the smart xx OS but I dont know how to get a flashed bios to work
there about 6 banks and then a MBank or something. Each numbered bank is 256 in size so none of the larger BIOS's fit.

exactly what bios do you want to flash? almost all bioses are 256k. only debug bioses and the X3 bios are larger than 256k (except the new gueux.net debug bioses). even so, you can still select different bank configurations which allow you to select sizes larger than 256k.

Ok i figured out the bank config changes but I'm still having trouble getting the bios to load. Its on there in the bank but nothing happens when I select it from the Smart XX OS Bak list. It just reboots the system. Am I close?

Also before I try each Bios for a run I get this prompt....The Bios does not match the hardware....any suggestions? I really appreciate your help and reponses.

did you change the name of the bios to BIOS.BIN

Yes, I've followed all of the BIOS creation and burning guides to the letter, but as soon as I get it flashed and select it, I get the prompt I posted earlier and a reboot to the SmartXX OS.
