Is there a hack or anyway to get this dashboard to display in anything other than 480i?

This would be great, I have a Vdigi Component to VGA transcoder and it can't display 480i, I need to use avalaunch. The latest M$ dash allows you to change from 480i to 480p and back again by left trigger + right trigger + Left thumb stick + right thumb stick.
