A couple of days ago when i was having fun with my managers xbox I downloded a xml editor to edit some of these .xml files that come with various dashboards and apps. Editing it did noting at all, and when i removed them the apps/dashboards worked just fine. So what the hell are these .xml files for??

Really? Those are pretty weak config files. I wonder why thy choose to use an xml language as apposed to just a notepad and a little batch programming like evox did?
Do you have any idea on what programs are used in makeing dash/bios and heat not fot the xbox?
