Got the Savemeta.xbx onto the computer and opened it with notepad. When I tried to transfer it back to the xbox it wouldn't transfer. So I deleted the entire save (55530013) on the computer and transfered a new save back to the computer. Now both the savemeta files have a notepad icon instead of the original icon. Where did I mess up?

dont worry about what icon shows. that just shows the program you used to open that format of file. as long as you hit "save" and not "save as..." it should be ok.
