When you try and Rewind a movie, it still goes forward ?

It's weird, doesn't rewind work at all, or is it just me ?

And when I use the DVD remote to fast Forward a movie, it skips chapters. And when I push the Rewind button on the remote, it goes right back to the start of the movie.

But I've read a lot of people having trouble playing SVCD movies also, but I have watched 2 now, and both have played Flawlessly, no problems at all.

I just put my movies straight onto the Xbox HD and play them from the there.

Also, how do you know for sure if you have Media Player 2.2 on your Xbox because when I installed it , it still came up 2.0.

I just copied it straight over the top of the old media player 2 from ftp, because that's what I was told to do, thanks.

You'll need one of the updated CVS version to use FF and RW properly on the remote - on the 7-2-03 version that I have it works just about perfect

Where do I get this from ? I've never heard of it before.

I guess it's like a fix or something is it ?

Or is it a codec ?

Its a build compiled from the latest sourcecode. Non-supported but the latest code.
