i was trying to watch a japanese dvd, switched from ntsc to pal. didn't work so i powered down the xbox, when i turned it back on, it looked like the old v-lock on an old tv. the image was black and white and scrolled vertically. I could make out the ui but not well enough to configure it back to ntsc. i don't know what to do, has anyone else ever experienced this?

I found i need the enigma video switch disk to correct the problem, but i can't find it to download?

I used the video switch and it saved my life. Burn it on a DVD-R boot to the disc with modchip enabled, was a few seconds and keep hitting B to go to NTSC, i let the xbox run for a minute, then restart it
