I remember somthing getting shorted out when ppl did this. basicly I'm gonna convince my friend 2 buy the Canadian Crystal, then I'd Pay w/e it is extra for it, then do a Modchip install for free, and we'd just swap Cases and I'd take the Clear controller, and he'd take my black 1. anyway I'm guessing these will be 1.6. and my system is 1.2\1.3 and I like having the option 2 know my system temps, but I want the Crystal case. so anyway can som1 point out where the problem is that gets shorted out? it's a Capacitor as far as I know. please the sooner you reply the better, I'll be home for the next 4 hours.

Edit: far as I remember it had somthing 2 do with the placements of the grounds, and it only happened 2 effect the 1.6 goin into a case from 1.0-1.5

bump cause I'll be picking it up(Crystal) in prolly like 5 hours, just 2 be sure I get 1, and hopfully it's a 1.6 and not a 1.6B. tho I'm not opening it or the packaging till I know what i'm doing, this way I still have 30 days 2 change my mind.

oh and does any1 know what u call that lil thing used in a pin header? those pins, gonna have 2 pick some up from Radio Shack I guess
