i am searching for a ps one emulator since a while, and i havent found anything.
i have (burned) ps one games, which i now want to play on my xbox.
does anyone know any good programm for that?

You cannot run games from disc as of yet though, only Iso/Bin images which can be read from your XBox HDD, or your PC HDD over network.

Do you know if there will be a new version that allows you to play the games off the CD? That would be awesome.

Nah. It's a feature I'd love to see as well, but it's supposedly a limitation of the official XDK the software is developed with, leading to slow read times from Mode2/XA discs.
No doubt if this obsticle is ever overcome, this issue will be fixed.
