Hey fellas, I was originally a beta tester and I played online with a modded console on xbox live, then when it came out officially I didn't go online cuz i knew MS would start banning Modded consoles, well recently I finally got my console remodded with a matrix with an on off switch. My friend who modded it said he saw an error 21 and he got me unbanned, so everything should be fine. Anyway, I try to connect to xbox live now (same network config, i can even play xbconnect too), and it doesnt connect, i go to the network check, and it finds IP etc, but cannot find the xbox live network. I checked status and the networks was up. They gave me some stupid solutions that wont change things, when i tried manually putting in the MAC address, it didnt even find an IP next time i tried to play. So i removed that, but anyone know a solution to this? is this the ban error? the error 21? how would I know if i was banned? is there a file for example I can get off my xb HD through Evo (when i turn chip back on) that would let me know whether or not I am banned? I upgraded to the final XBL dashboard, and I even tried deleting my account to connect and put info in again (maybe there was a difference between beta and final accounts) but it doesnt even connect to xbl, any suggestions?

how do i find my xyz code? and is there any way i can fix it on this xbox? how do i get a new eeprom? do i need to flash it physically or is like with the evox bios, u can just do it with the software?

hey fellas, my friend told me that it would be possible to overwrite some files from my backup. however, i dont know if the backup files i have are also banned (since i backed up once i got evo-x, but i played live during beta so i coulda gotten banned then, even tho i never played when live went final). is there a way that i can sift through my backed up files on my PC and look for something that will indicate a banned account or just a disabled xbox (on xbox live)?

You are going to have to either buy a new xbox or find someone with an unbanned eeprom they are willing to share...

I cannot figure out how I could have gotten banned, I never let it get more than 2 seconds into the animation the couple times I clicked "Xbox Live" by accident. And I never even put in a live game since I put in my mod.

The games say cannot connect, but then I troubleshoot everything goes ok. Am I banned?
