@nodoubt: Finding Slayers Auto Installer did not take that long for me to find...

... There is info in these forums somewhere explaining how and where to get it...
Anyway, I used Slayers, and I highly recomend using it... Installed X2Lite with pin header, connected all cables, bootup the install disc - cdrw worked fine, ftp'd my c drive and my e drive to the pc for safe keeping.. the e: drive holds all your save games and music tracks if you have any..
Once that was done.. Power down xbox, removed the 8gb replaced with 120gb, boot CDRW again (salyers auto..), and select format larger hd... Remove CDRW, put the xbox back together...Turn the xbox on, and transfer e drive from pc to e drive on xbox.. Reboot xbox and well you get the idea...
In short: IMO - use slayers..
ps. sorry for the long post!
