i tryed to switch my xbox hdd with a 80 gig, and the err # 7 came up.
the wires are all in to so i think that im probably going to need the bios and i don't know where to go help?

I believe the only thing you can swap EASILY is stock HDDs in a hotswap, though it's very risky. In order to UPGRADE (which wis what you're trying), you'll need to follow the looong tutorial on the main page of X-S.
