ok Ive been able to get my splinter cell exploit to work. backed up everything. installed a new 80gig hd into my xbox. i installed UDE2 on it, boots fine now im lost for how to switch from evolution-x to avaluanch. so i guess im saying is how do i get avaluanch on ude2 hd?

find out where the dash is located and put avalaunch in it's place (deleting or renaming the other and naming the new one exactly like the previous dash)

the only .xbe files i have are

c:\xboxdash.xbe
c:\fonts\ex.xbe

which of the 2 would i change?

nm i got is the ex.xbe thanks for the help.. been workin on this for awhile.. i think my brain shut down

You can also have Avalaunch as a app. Just put in the apps folder.

If you used ltools_splinter cell then most likely the dash is installed in e:/dashboard

If this is the case, rename the default.xbe to evox.xbe then upload avalaunch to the same directory. should include 2 folders (media and shoutcast), avalaunch.xbe and avalaunch.xml. Rename avalaunch.xbe to default.xbe then reboot.
