ok so ive had my modded xbox for about half a year now. it sent it out for a tsop flash, its also a version1.0 i belive and running evox. i wanna start messin around with linux but i dont know where to start, is it on my xbox now since i had a tsop flash? can i just download debian from xbins and put it on my e drive? basiclly i want everything to stay the way it is when i boot up and stuff but i wanna be able to load up linux like it was just another app. ive heard theres lots of cool programs for it. can it just be stored on f along with whatever programs it will use?

Xebian is not installed on your xbox if you only got it TSOPed, you could download it and install it to C: i think, but im not sure.. im not sure if you could dual boot with another dashboard either

there is xebian, and gentoox. both are available for donwload on their respective sites. scince its linux, its not illegal to download. and both have the option to install off a drive so you can launch it from your hacked dash.

so i would download xebian and put it on my c drive and install??? i still wanna boot to evox first then have the option of loading linux. im just at the point where i wanna try some new things w/ my box, ive got xbmc, halo editing, dvd2xbox,emulators and im just lookin for some fun new things i havnt done yet.
unrelated but, wish me luck on my first attempt at modding an xbox tonight, its just the ltools mech assualt hack but im still nervous
