Recently i changed my original xbox fan into an 80mm papst 12dB fan. And now i want to lower the CPU temp. The fan is blowing out from the xbox, now i wonder what will happend if i change so the fan is blowing into the xbox? Could this cause any damage to my xbox?

Yeah, it would.
The components inside your xbox generate heat as they work.
Where does that heat have to go? OUT.
How does it get there? The fan.
Sorry if that seems too elementary but, you asked.
If you want to lower temps, maybe try adding another fan near the power supply. That little strip of junk seems to generate a lot of heat and may become more effecient if a fan was added to it. I haven't done this but I've pondered it's usefullness, myself.
EDIT: Just thought to put it like this: look at the vents on each side of the box. This is where the air comes into the box. The fan in the back is where it goes out. The hot air is supposed to escape the box through the fan, so if the vents were pulling more air in, the fan pushing more air out, it may be cooler inside, but I'm not too sure that a few extra fans pulling air into the box and only one pushing out would make much of a difference. Just a thought...
