see the DVD drive's cable? which color is 1.6 and 1.6b?

It doesn't really matter just use the M8_16+ bios, it works for both of them.

not the dvd cable, the eject PCB, 1.6 is a lemon yellow (liek all previous xboxs) and 1.6b is brown cable

or look at the RAM! Samsung = 1.6
Hynix = 1.6b
