Hi,
I am planning to develop a PDF viewer for xbox which will be based on open source xpdf hosted at
http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf.
the architecture will be very pluggable so that it can open file in any dashboard without dashboard loosing control..initially i plan to support xbmc and unleashx my favouite dashboards..
just wanna know if somebody is interested..
let me know..
cheers..

Sounds cool man. Especially if it a 'module' like you say, able to work with a variety of dashes.

This PDF viewer for the xbox would solve like 3000 things I would like to do all at once.
if I could help, I would, but I do not program or write scripts or anything useful, but if this item became "donation-ware" I would surely donate. I hate shareware, but I do not mind donating a small amount of money to someone who created a very useful item. But when I am forced to give, I do without the program.
this would be great for XBOX manuals, as well as manuals or emulated systems, and all sort of other ebook types.
thank you for your efforts ahead of time

hi guys,
just to update u about the progress..
i am busy these days sorting out my new employer (IBM) so just bear with me for few days.
u may suddenly find one day the source and executable in the usual places..believe me that day will be soon..i'll only appreciate ur efforts in reporting bugs and enhancements and no donations once it'll be released. i am more interested to see this component in action than u guys..
peace,
sachin
