I just installed the Xenuim Ice.
Would like to make backup copies from my masters to run on the xbox.
I would like to how to do this, cause my kids use the masters like frisbee's.
I have a DVD+R double layer and cdrw in my pc client.
Will Halo 2 fit on dvd or will I need double layer for example.
Or should I copy to my stock HD to run faster or both.

Ya are going to need a dvd 9 if ya want to leave all the files on it.

Use dvd2xbox to copy games right from your xbox dvd drive.

Halo 2 doesnt fit on single later unless u delete some stuff, if you have room install it on your hard drive

I am unsure weather the XBox will read Dual Layer DVD R+

Use DVD2Xbox to rip the game to your xbox then ftp it to your pc

then use Craxtion to make an Xiso and then use nero to burn it

Thats all the xbox reads naturaly is dual layers.

Ya still need the box modded for it to read anything that isnt an xbox disk if thats what ya mean.
