I hope someone will be able to tell me if this is what I should expect or not

I have been following the tutorials and have flashed the bios using a cd/rw and all appeared well, the disk was recognised and the bios installed with the green indicator bar showing.

Once the xbox is rebooted according to the tutorials I should get a different screen with the MS X and xecuter roxs my box spash screen, unfortunately is goes back to the screen showing me the bios version number and the options to install the bios I have reloaded it several times to no avail. Xbox is version 1.0 and bios is the 3.0.3. I have read something about flash bios and x3 bios but am getting a little bit confused.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be grateful.
