anyways... I signed up for a 2 month trial. I signed up on the 10th of October for the trial.

They banned me sometime in november, but i played with my gamertag on a friends xbox.

December 2nd i decided to cancel it so they didn't charge my Credit Card anything.


K, first of all.. i phoned they said my CC has already been charged... and that I have a full year of LIVE.

I said to them, but I had till the 10th, and they said no I didn't that the 2 months was from the 10th of october to the 1st of december.

K, they wouldn't refund my money, even though I cancelled the account because of MS's BS rules ect.

Just a heads up that the 2 months isn't really 2 months.. you could sign up on the 31st of december, and it would be over on the 1st of february..

Really ticks me off.

i would bitch about it more for M$ and tell them your calling a lawyer cause nowhere on the two month trial does it say its prorated or something, check your account through your dash if you can or a friends if you cant and check your expiration date and see if they changed that to the first cause my expiration is like 23rd or 24 of the month or something,and call the credit card company and dispute the charge, send them a copy of the two month trial but you need to get your original sign up date on paper or take a picture when in the dash that would probably help

on hold right now getting rid of a couple useless accounts before i get belted with a couple yearlong names at full price.

Dispute it with your CC company thats what i did and they credited it rightback to mycard,Well i am pretty sure the CC company just figured 50 bucks was nothin and just gave it to me but anyways just dispute the charge and see what happens what the worse that could happen ya still have to pay for it
