the last thing ion my journal on telos is I found the escaped crimainals in the czerka offices wit jana lrso. And they are being shuttled to the restoration zones.

Anyone know where I need to go to keep them from taking off to the zones.

One more thing I need to know as well...the Ilthorian that was locked up and I let him go, where did he end up taking off to and do you actually talk to him again?

the second quest is to find a new fuel source and I havn't found where it is.

The criminal mission is a multi planet mission and cannot be completed on Telos. The same goes for the fuel mission.
As far as I know you never speak to the alien you set free again.

As far as getting of the planet, I cant help you - I just remember that the aliens give you one of their shuttles and when you go to leave there is one hell of a fight in the aliens offices. (Depends on your path though I guess)
