i put a brand new hdd and i was just wondering, does that mean i have 60 gigs in the e: partion folder? or how much space do i have in each folder

you should have the default space in C, E, X, Y, and Z (sorry I can't tell you how much that is) and the rest in F. X, Y, Z might be made automatically, I don't remember. But anyway, all the extra space goes to the F partition.

Yep, all the space left goes to the F: partition, for a 60gb you can count on 54GB free space on F:.
